The staff was great and very helpful making the appointment at the last minute. My Son brought in the truck to have the battery changed and a door handle added if possible since we purchased the h appointment at the last minute. My son was not given any information about the cost of putting on the door handle. On the bill, the cost of LABOR at $160 for a door handle. The tech scratched the other part of the handle and didn't say anything to my son and still charged me $160. This is Wrong!! More

This is our 3 new vehicle that we purchased from David Stanley. When we bought our latest one....we were promised a detail because they said they couldn't do it because of the rainy weather...and that the Stanley. When we bought our latest one....we were promised a detail because they said they couldn't do it because of the rainy weather...and that they would do it when we got our first oil change. They didn't detail it as promised during our oil change and didn't bother even telling us until we picked it up...so we still have stickers on the car and plastic inside the panels that were never taken out. The salesperson said that he would take care of it...but hasn't yet called as promised. Not very happy!! Also was promised a full tank of gas when we purchased it if we gave a good rating on the week or purchase...didn't get that either. Why even ask. More
