My service advisor and mechanic addressed all of my concerns. They did not hesisitate to stop and answer any questions I had. Amazing service and customer support. I'm listing this experience as an overall poor one because I'm now a 4 time buyer at David Stanley. I will admit my credit score wasn't what it was back in July 2017 when I bought my Sonic (755 compar because I'm now a 4 time buyer at David Stanley. I will admit my credit score wasn't what it was back in July 2017 when I bought my Sonic (755 compared to 555 now) but I have great car payment history along with my tenure a David Stanley. I also have a job where I certainly make more than enough to afford a new Spark. I will literally pay almost 37k for this vehicle over 72 months. So, bad credit equals paying the price of an Audi A3 fully loaded in comparison to my deal with the Chevy Spark??? I will spend every bit of my free time each month trying to refinance with another lender. I'm an adult who makes his own's choices but like I told the salesman, I just started a new job with a commute of 30 min each way and I need to very reliable car. I also mentioned that I purchased my Sonic last time from Ryan Wooten. I never was even acknowledged by him directly or within a few days after the sale. Being a General Manager of a Hotel, that type of customer service should be "automatic" in my opinion. Especially when you consider my tenure and I'm a returning customer! I can afford $513 a month but like I said, I will do everything I can to refinance. I understand David Stanley should make money off me, but $37k between them and the finance company is nothing but people being to greedy (for a basic Chevy Spark). I used to finance with GM financial and I'm hoping they want my business again, I did pay them timely for 3.5 years. Thanks and I don't think I'll ever buy here again. More

All staff members I've interacted with on each visit have been friendly. The service department is very efficient and thorough.
