I originally reached out via email concerning a Jeep Compass I was interested in. There was only a stock photo and thankfully the vehicle color wasn't the same as that stuck photo. Patrick Pyle was the salesman who replied to me and he was super nice, and accommodating. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and set up a time for me to come see it. When I got there, Patrick met me outside the front doors and had the key with him to show me the Jeep I was interested in. I fell in love with it but told him my first concern was whether it would fit in my garage, he asked where I lived and I told him and he told me to just take it home and see. I thought that was super nice but we had measured and thought we were ok on the size. He then asked what we were interested in getting on the trade we bright, we had looked up the kbb and told him a number comparable to that and he accommodated with that number. We took it for a test drive and signed everything after that. We didn't do any haggling as we hate that and know everyone has to make money. I had looked up the price and felt that I was getting quite a fair deal with year and miles. Kurt the finance guy was super great too. More
