Right from the start Amy handled the deal well and worked hard to get us proper numbers as opposed to playing a game with us. After arriving at Davis, our salesperson Frank had the two cars we were looking at parked right at the door so we could look at them and check out the interiors. I also took an ILX for a test drive with Frank and decided that I still wanted to purchase a TSX, after much deliberating about color and interior I had Frank pull up a Silver/Greystone TLX and knew it was the right car for my wife. Ed Riley worked on a deal with us for our trade in and overall the experience was wonderful. Another thing that I truly appreciated was that Nick in finance understood that I was on a time crunch and didn't keep me in the finance room any longer then I needed to be. My parents and my daughter were with me when I first went to test drive the TLX. Rich immediately asked if we needed help and I told him I wanted to test drive a TLX. After I told him which model/color/options I wanted, we were on our way to test driving. He took the time to explain all of the options and how they worked. After the test drive, we didn't have time to talk discuss the price or financing options. Rich gave me his card and said to contact him when I was ready but he would work up some numbers if I was interested. I said that would be great and to let me know what he could come up with. Rich contacted me the next day with some options and I decided to go with TLX. I was able to do almost everything online or through email to expedite the process. I went in Saturday morning at 9 and was leaving by 10:30 with my new car. From Andrew in the finance department to Amy in Internet sales, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Rich and Davis Acura to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. More

No pushy sales talk I walked into this dealership and I was greeted by the very friendly Frank. I told Frank exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. He worked to get the value I wanted for my trade-in and a deal that fit my budget. Not once did I feel like I was being steered to purchase a more expensive vehicle with upgrades I don't need. No pushy sales talk at all. Nick, the business manager, was also very friendly. I normally am suspicious of friendly sales people especially in a dealership, but these two made me feel at ease. Nick patiently answered all my questions and explained to me all the paperwork. I knew exactly what the amounts were, if there were additional costs and fees. Frank, likewise, was very patient in explaining the features of my new vehicle. He even text me the following day to see how I was doing. I know they are both just doing their jobs, however it was the manner by which they did their jobs that impressed me. There is what you call a personal touch. I'm glad to say I am very happy with my MDX! I will definitely come back to this place and most likely recommend it to people who want to purchase an Acura. It is not everywhere that you're treated like family! More
