Very Happy with this Dealership Dealing with Davis Acura was a pleasure. Exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't even 100% sure I was going to buy a new car initially. But they were Dealing with Davis Acura was a pleasure. Exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't even 100% sure I was going to buy a new car initially. But they were low key and non-agressive, which I really appreciated. My salesman, Frank Immordino, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I don't enjoy playing the "game" that you usually have to do to buy a car. Frank was very straightforward. He gave me an initial quote, which I thought was in the ballpark, but perhaps a little high, so I thought I'd check a couple other dealers before making a decision. After doing some more haggling with the other dealers, I came back to Davis see if they could lower their quote, and they agreed to a very reasonable final price. They also gave me a fair quote for my trade-in. Frank then did a great job informing me of the various "extras" that were available, but wasn't overly pushy if I declined. I've purchased cars in the past where they make a big deal once you buy the car (congratulations from everyone in the place, applause, balloons, etc). They didn't do that at Davis. They were all very nice, but very low key. Which I also really appreciated. A friendly handshake and the keys is all I'm looking for. I would recommend Davis Acura and definitely the salesman, Frank Immordino. More

Excellent Car Salesperson; Impersonal Sales Manager Alice Arch was great! She responded to my every need and question and was a pleasure to work with! She gets all the credit for this sale!! Howeve Alice Arch was great! She responded to my every need and question and was a pleasure to work with! She gets all the credit for this sale!! However, the Sales Manager, (D. Visco) seemed impersonal and never once introduced himself or congratulated me on my purchase. In hindsight, I realize my negotiating may have been rather aggressive, but there was no incentive or interaction made by Mr. Visco to entice me to purchase. No "win-win" feeling here. Perhaps that is the mode of operation at Davis Acura. While I love the car I purchased, I don't feel 100% satisfied that I got the best possible deal. The interaction at the Sales Manager level was lacking the human element. There was an unwillingness to negotiate or communicate directly. The canned emails I received from D.Visco and Ed Riley were identical, which took the personal element out of the experience for me. More

Excellent service After making an appointment through online sales, we were greeted by a sales and leasing consultant, Keith Michael. He knew exactly what car we were looking for and took us for a test drive. We were able to make a deal and took home our Chevy Trailblazer the same day. Frank Immordino is a great sales consultant I went into the showroom after having my car in for service. I was really impressed with the 15 MDX I had as a loaner and on a whim wanted to see if I went into the showroom after having my car in for service. I was really impressed with the 15 MDX I had as a loaner and on a whim wanted to see if I could trade in my 13. We made a deal without a lot of fuss. I found Frank to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. He didn't pressure the sale just spoke to the advantages. Excellent experience. More

Awesome experience We bought MDX and Alice made our purchase wonderful as usual. This is our third acura purchase. Alice was our sales rep for the last two purchases. She is patient and supportive. I never liked buying cars but she has changed my experiences. Alice goes beyond the role of a sales rep. We had a issue with the dvd player, we could not get it to turn on with remote. Alice tried to get batteries for the remote but parts/service did not have any in stock. Alice went to a batteries store near by and purchased the batteries, outstanding customer service!!! More
