When we checked out both of the cars I was never pressured into either choice and made my own decision what I wanted to purchase. What she may have lacked in information off hand, she was able to quickly refer to her manager for the answers. The whole staff was so patient, as I was forced to bring along my mother and two of my very young nephews who ran around the place like the mad children they are. Alice made the experience very painless and stress free. She spoke to me as though we have known each other before and not as a target to sell to. Paperwork process was longer than expected but with everything that has to get done I fully understand. I'm not sure if I would be the proud owner of a new car if it wasn't Alice that took care of me. More

After a bit of a bumpy start as to what we were looking for Dave went out and found us the car, 1st try that was exactly what we were looking for. After a little negotiation with Dave and manager Dominick Vesco we were into our new used car. We were then handed off to Jordan Haft to do the paperwork who made the process as smooth as can possibly be. After getting home we realized that their were a few issues that needed to be resolved. We contacted the dealership, Dave and Dominick worked quickly to make things right for us. I can only say that customer service seems to be of the upmost importance to Davis Acura and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Dave and Denise Brown More

Janice and Joe knew I was looking at the new ILX since late last year. Janice really knows how to follow-up on internet sales leads via email and I was kept in the loop for when the car would be available to test drive. The coordination between internet marketing and sales was evident and that made my experience more efficient than in past years. Joe, really facilitated my decision making process by insisting I had all of the test drive time needed to decide between two model cars. Ed quickly coordinated obtaining the car from another dealership. Jordan concisely explained the after-market options without any sales pressure. Finally, Joe spent the time needed to explain the new safety features and Acura-Link communications system. More

Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly, but it was Mike that really helped find the right TLX for me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and not overbearing at all. Overall, it was a great day... I went in with my old car and left with a new one. I got the best deal possible and the dealership was very willing to fully disclose inceptives/deals/pricing breaks upfront. I didn't have to nag and hassle Mike to try to get them to shave pricing. I decided on the V6 TLX and I'm extremely happy with this decision. I've been to many car dealerships before, and this was truly a unique experience. More

Once I selected my MDX it was time to work with the Finance person Jordan Haft, who continued the theme of excellent customer service. More
