She had it in front of my wife and I in under 10 minutes. It was on another lot down the highway. Took it for a drive excepted the condition of the car for it's age - thought the work and service done was worth the price. We were shaking hands in 15 minutes- Car was detailed and we were heading home an hour later. She was GREAT, my wife and I are both in sales and found Alice warm easy to deal with.
