It's like buying a car from a friend What can I say? Alice was great and was the farthest experience possible compared to what the car buying process usually is. I drove over an hour to come to this dealership and Alice greeted me first and spent the next 5 hours with me as I picked out a car. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I came in for but there was never a second where Alice lost patience. The final number was not a grueling process like it sometimes can be and this dealership keeps its cars in amazing shape from what I could tell. I love my new CPO Acura and when I woke up the following morning, there was not an ounce of buyers remorse. Looking forward to referring friends there in the future because I know they will not be let down. More

He kept in touch throughout the two days with updates on the progress. Jeff went above and beyond his duties and set up an appt for me with an outside company to come in and replace my windshield while my vehicle was at the dealership (my vehicle was being serviced for another reason). He even noticed that my inspection was coming up for renewal and offered for the dealership to complete the inspection/emissions at a discount rate. I would definitely recommend Davis Acura to others as Jeff (and the other Davis Acura associates-other service reps that greeted me, cashier, guy who sold me touch-up paint) are extremely helpful and professional. More
