She could not have been easier to deal with and was very straight forward with no BS. She gave personal attention to all details and concerns. I was able to bring my 2012 TL back for some touch up work a few days after the deal was done as part of a “we owe you”. Alice continued to show a personal interest in making sure I was happy with everything and that all my issues were addressed.
