I’ve had numerous issues with this vehicle in the 16 months I’ve owned it and unfortunately, service has been unable to diagnose the issue in my past two visits. Two separate issues, zero diagnosis for months I’ve owned it and unfortunately, service has been unable to diagnose the issue in my past two visits. Two separate issues, zero diagnosis for either problem. Very frustrating. Also, I had to find out myself that my 3 year old’s car seat was removed and no one told me. Why this was removed is beyond me as my issue had NOTHING to do with the rear part of my vehicle (or interior for that matter). To not communicate this to me is completely irresponsible and an immediate FAIL in my book. Thank God I didn’t have an emergency. This is not something you want to walk out and find on your own. I’m furious. It also appears that routine checks were not done to my car as air was not put into my tires either. I bring my car in for service to fix issues and they did not. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this visit. More

The work was well done. However a recalled service required more work. Staff was very helpful and provided a loaner car, very sporty too. Had to wait a few days, but rather be safe than sorry.
