I came into the dealership for routine maintenance at 150k miles and mentioned that I might need new tires. The maintenance was completed and Chris explained that my tires were actually in good shape an 150k miles and mentioned that I might need new tires. As a previous BMW owner I am pretty sure they would have replaced the tires happily charging me because I asked for them. They did not sell me tires that day, but they sold me a set when the times comes in the future. Honesty is the best policy! I will definitely have to think twice about leaving Acura or Davis at this point. More

I have an older acura. After having work done from another shop, it started having this intense vibration. I took it back and they reassured me everything is fine and it's just the age of my car. I took it to Davis Acura for 2nd opinion. They gave me a complete write up of the diagnosis, and pinpointed to where vibration was coming from, with nice color photos. Jason went through the report with me. He was confident the other shop put an incorrect part. I had Davis Acura replace it with the correct one, and no more vibration. Christian was there when I picked up the car, and he said the mechanic even noticed there is a night and day difference of how the car sounds. I am very thankful to the skilled mechanics at Davis Acura. And love the amazing customer service experience that Jason and Christian provided. More

When I arrived for my Acura's Penna State inspection appoint, I found that I did not have a current car registration or a current car insurance card. My Service rep, Chris, helped me get a copy of my ne appoint, I found that I did not have a current car registration or a current car insurance card. My Service rep, Chris, helped me get a copy of my new car registration online right from his desktop computer in a matter of minutes (my credit card, of course!). Then, I called my car insurance agent and had them email a copy of my current car insurance directly to Chris, which he printed for me. Wallah! Other than feeling a bit stupid, I was extremely grateful that everything went so smoothly. That's over-and-beyond GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
