First time visit for a simple oil change. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I noted that the cabinet vent cover was left on the passenger side floor & shared this with the service person so that it was addressed immediately. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and come back a second time, but it was an unusual experience for someone who’s owned several Acuras since 1997. More
