Pleasently surprising car purchase I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle. But my jeep patriot was on its last leg at nearly 206,000 miles. My past experiences (at another dealership) were typical. Some salesman disrespected my time, disrespected my intellect, spoke to me like i was an idiot, tried to upsale me, try talk me out of my preferences and share with me his, and really did not grasp the fact that I was doing him the favor buying the car and not vice-versa. I left the showroom and vowed to find another Jeep dealership. I contacted Carol Pratt via phone and told her what i wanted, what i could afford to spend and within 10 minutes she had found THE vehicle i really wanted, in the color i really wanted, for a fair price. She respected my time, respected my preferences and just wanted to do a good job. She is a knowledgable and attentive sales professional. The financing and actual car buying experience was handled primarily by Donna Leclaire, the finance manager. She was also a top-notch, caring professional. She patiently explained all warranty options and answered all questions posed in a transparent fashion. Overall, i could not have asked for more. I will recommend these women at this dealership, without reservation and i hope they or someone they trained are availailable the next time i have to purchase another vehicle. More
