Daytona Dodge had my truck for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They told me it was fixed twice before and I had to take it back then too. The communication and customer service is horrible. No one answers calls or texts, management doesn't care about any complaints either. They charged $6100 already and are telling me it's going to cost another $4700 now. I do not trust them and do not want to continue to deal with frustration. I need my truck for work and they do not care. They haven't taken any responsibility for charging so much without fixing it and will not work with me on the what they hope will fix it this time. I will take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it and do not recommend this dealership for anything. They're not good mechanics and they don't care about the customers. More

Daytona dodge has absolutely no respect for their customers and their vehicles. I had to make a post on their Facebook page that got taken down to get to talk to someone. I would never recommend Daytona Dodge not even to my worst enemy. They refuse to take accountability for the mistakes they made or even acknowledge that they were responsible for not replacing parts they ripped off or repairing my vehicle completely and returning it to me unsafe.
