Not happy purchased a 2013 used vehicle .vehicle had to go back to service to get new tires . when they call me the first time that they had my tires in and I purchased a 2013 used vehicle .vehicle had to go back to service to get new tires . when they call me the first time that they had my tires in and I went there to have them put on No one knew what was going on they didn't have the tires ready but yet they call me to come in. The second time I came in for the tires again as agreed they gave me a loaner and said I need to return with same amount of gas and I did .However my own vehicle that was dropped off for service someone had put 6 miles nobody even told me that they were going to drive my vehicle I noticed it by the miles ,when I rolled into the dealership I had 16 996 when I drove off the dealership I had 17002 where did they drive to ? No one even called me to say that the car was ready. I had to come over there close to closing time to find out that the vehicle was ready however the detail wasn't done the way was supposed to be done they took off the D calls and left still the residue on the vehicle where the stickers were on. I asked them to take off the shiny off the engine they didn't do it the first time they forgot . So they ran it in the car wash to do it after that all the sand was all over the vehicle ,so what was the purpose of detailing the vehicle was not a happy would not recommend to anyone. It was almost like sales guy made his money whenever happen afterwords whatever promises were given that were not delivered. The sales guy never even called to apologize why he didn't call me to let me know that the vehicle was ready or even why he did or did not call to let me know that the vehicle was ready is not happy not a good customer service will not buy from here again. More

My wife & I purchased a new 2013 T&C van on 11/5/13 after researching & comparing four other brands. Seating comfort was a major issue but we wanted a van with more advanced features to include 11/5/13 after researching & comparing four other brands. Seating comfort was a major issue but we wanted a van with more advanced features to include updated engine, transmission and comfort features. Steve Zelen did an excellent job of describing & demonstrating the new van features and arriving at a selection & mutually agreeable price. He then took a lot of time to make sure we were totally comfortable with all the mechanical and electronic features we had selected. Overall a very satisfying experience. This is the third T&C Van we have purchased from Daytona Dodge and we find the service excellent. In addition to the purchase we were in need of some quick service work on our 2005 T&C so that it could be driven to Virginia the next day. Nikki Risler & the Service Mgr. Along with regular service visits I purchase accessories for all my vehicles which also requires service installation. I have dealt with service many times. Yvonne in Accessories is always pleasant and very helpful. She answers all of my questions and orders my parts quickly and accurately as well as setting me up with service to make an appointments for my installations. I have Dodge dealerships that are closer to my home, however I choose to make the trip to Daytona Dodge for the great experiences I have. They all make you feel like part of the family, not just a customer and I would recommend them to everybody! John S. More

The sales process is truly a NO PRESSURE process. Chuck gave us all of the information we needed to make an educated decision on what to buy.
