disappointing! One, I made an appointment with my salesman steve, but he had two more customers at same time. I was told to just drive and it would go off after a mile or two. 40 miles later driving in the pouring rain the LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I called steve, he said to just put air in the tires, if it stayed on then drive back (80 miles r/t) and we will do it. in other words, the service department will THEN DO THERE JOB> More

Buying or leasing a new car is never a lot of fun Typical car dealer. One never feels comfortable that the offers being made are really fair or honest. This is the 3rd Hyundai I've leased and only t Typical car dealer. One never feels comfortable that the offers being made are really fair or honest. This is the 3rd Hyundai I've leased and only the first experience (salesman Paul) made me feel like I was being dealt with honestly. My wife loves the vehicle and the service dept and coordinator (Doug Montgomerey) are outstanding so I deal with sales every two and half years like I deal with hemoroids, painful but necessary. The finance manager and process was the quickest and least annoying I've ever experienced. More
