My wife and I just left another, nearby dealership feeling angry and deceived. Coming from Jacksonville FL, over 1-1/2 hours away does not lend to finding a significant difference between a listed internet price and a higher "adjusted" price very palatable. As we left that dealership, my wife looked across the street and asked if there was a Hyundai model that I may like to look at since we were already down in Daytona. So that is how we ended up at Daytona Hyundai. I had owned a Hyundai and currently own a Kia. Both cases, I was happy. I said, I wanted to look at the Kona. We looked at the ones on the lot and liked their appearance. As we walked across the lot to see if there were more, Chris asked if he could help. He never pressured and only listened with a few answers. As we looked at the Ultra Black Kona SEL, I found that it already had all the features we wanted. The optional Tech Package was just a nice bonus. We told Chris to give us the very best out the door offer. We reminded him that we came from over 75 miles away and had no issue to continue further to find our desired deal with our credit union pre-approved loan in hand. He fully understood and then strongly recommended that I test drove before we went in so that we would be sure that this was the car we wanted. That alone was such a courteous suggestion since I have never been in a Kona. When we did sit down in the office, he came back with the offer, it landed perfectly where we wanted it. We felt that we had received a great deal and were pleasantly surprised. Did not need to haggle. We started with a very poor experience at one dealership, which we drove down with all good intent to purchase, and ended up in another that turned out to be a magnificent jewel in the midst of the ocean. We left with a wonderful new car feeling fully satisfied that we paid a fair value. All because of a wonderfully honest and courteous person, Chris Manning. Thank you so very much!! More

Excellent in Every Way I have always been impressed by the superior customer service I have received by Daytona Hyundai after I purchased my Sonata Sport in 2015. They have always treated us so well and have gone out of their way to make things easier for my husband and me to keep up with service during his prolonged illness. He passed away in July, and I decided to trade in the Sonata for something else. I worked with Regina Nicotra as she was our sales person when we made our first Hyundai purchase in 2015. I have always dreaded the whole car buying process, but 2 days ago I traded up for a Tucson SEL and I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. Regina, as always, was on the ball with all the information I needed, made sound recommendations and walked me through every aspect of the process. I was able to negotiate a great trade price and the financing was a breeze. My monthly payments are much lower, and the Tucson SEL is amazing. I went with the Gemstone Red and it's gorgeous. I wish I could remember the names of all the wonderful people that assisted with getting me the kind of deal I wanted, every one of them took the time talk and listen to me and it meant a lot. This is the first major decision I've made since my husband's passing and Daytona Hyundai took great care to make sure I had all the information and options explained to me in a professional, compassionate and non-patronizing manner. I appreciate the integrity of every one I've ever worked with at Daytona Hyundai, and I appreciate the quality of their automobiles. I would recommend them to anyone and do at whenever I can. More

Without overloading us with details or hard selling, he proceeded to explain the benefits of the vehicle, a Santa Fe Sport Ultimate, Hyundai and the dealership. He joined us for an extended test drive under various speed and road conditions. We are considering the vehicle and will definitely stay in touch with Iggy for our Hyundai needs whether or not we purchase this vehicle. One of our better dealership experiences for sure. More

He had shown me some similar vehicles on the lot to help me make up my mind as to the trim, color and options. He quickly obtained my exact vehicle choice from a different dealership's lot and I love the car. It's loaded with lots of high tech safety features and is replacing a 2004 Sonata that I had purchased at the same dealership.
