We were responding to Christine Izzarelli;s phone call asking us to come in and discuss our ending lease. She was very perfessional in her approach to our problem. She explained how both would work and gave us many options. She worked with our desires and helped us come to the decision to trade up the lease. She was very much on top of her products and was able to explain all options. She made our time there comfortable and help us feel we were accomplishing the right goal forl us. After the lease was finished she explained how all the new feathurs in the new car worked, so when we left, we were well trained. She also asured us to call her with any questions that might come up.
