Since I purchased my KIA I have tried to call back several times, always on hold, never sent to the right person. All I wanted to know was some basic information like "Did you contact my insurance co several times, always on hold, never sent to the right person. The only folks you can get connected to is service, then they route you to a maze of transfers that no one answers or gets back to you. More
