The only reason I am giving us a fair instead of a poor is because my salesman really went to bat for me. This is the second time I have dealt with Daytona Kia and both times I was lied to by management. T is because my salesman really went to bat for me. This is the second time I have dealt with Daytona Kia and both times I was lied to by management. They make little deals on the side and put nothing in riding which is my bad for not making sure it was in there. The last deal I made the manager even shook hands on it. I am actually at the dealership today for two recalls on my vehicle and I find out that I don't have lifetime oil changes like I was told and it's nowhere in my paperwork of course. They had sold the car I was supposed to purchase accidentally so when I picked up I had to take another color. All of this was supposed to be making up for that error and I thought paid extra for what I thought would also cover any maintenance and of course it's not on there anywhere either. I bought a Chevy in between my Kia purchases and I thought I would give this dealership another chance but evidently they can't be trusted to be truthful about what they're going to give you. Be very very careful and get anything in writing especially if you are a single woman! I should have been smarter after the first one but like I said I even had a handshake from the manager and now all they can say is do you know who the manager was that day well I'm sure there's a record of who was working that day that I picked up my car If they really wanted to do the right thing they could but they are not even willing to try! More
