I had to pay $292 for a plastic part for my door a week and a half ago, OK fine. i was charged $155 for labor in which the tech only looked at the problem and did not fix it. he had to order the part. After making an appointment the following week i came into the service center, asked the service guy if the part was in before giving him my keys - it was not in. I made another appointment for a few days later which I called first to make sure the part was in - it was. Today i sat for 4 hours to have a plastic door handle put on which cost me ANOTHER $155. Part was $292, labor $310 = $602 dollars for a plastic part. 1) I was charged $140 to have someone tell me they didn't have the part and to come back and charge me again. 2) I was charged $15 for shop supplies that were never used (maybe a screwdriver) 3) was never called that the part never came in SO i still had to dive in to find out 4) waited 4 hours to have the door handle put in when i was assured it would take an hour. Not a happy camper and will avoid coming to KIA of Daytona from this day on. More

Dealership is nice I love going there but didn't have a good experience with service tech Doug. I went in for a theft install. Was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee before he could look into it. I loved going to this dealership because service tech Chris and receptionist that rings customer out at the end was always very kind. For me customer service is important and how Doug handled it wasn't a place where I was going to take my car to be serviced anymore. More

Mr. Henry did so.ething special that 50 other car salesmen did not do. He listened to what I was looking for, reviewed the inventory he had access to and sought the exact model that met my needs.
