I honestly can’t believe that in such proximity I have to leave ANOTHER one star review. After having to go back three/four times because issues kept not getting fixed OR theh lied about fixing an issue. I a leave ANOTHER one star review. I again woke up this morning to find they had not only charged me AGAIN for my oil issues, but that it was even worse than before! No calls or texts back when I messaged them. Had to take my car somewhere else today and they immediately were like. Something is wrong you have been parked for 5 minutes and there’s a ton of oil. They had put the wrong plug or washer again and it had caused a fracture in the oil pan. None of this was ever an issue before all the shady practices and money grabbing at this Kia services center. Took car in because engine light was on, it was determined this had to do with emission control sensor which in turn came from a faulty gas cap. The cap was changed out and problem was solved. Break more things than they fix. Blame you for issues and then charge you more to fix whatever issues they caused.
