.y experience is complex. The sales person , cameron doty, who assisted us is great. He is ver knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. However, the guy who assisted us in having us sign t doty, who assisted us is great. He is ver knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. However, the guy who assisted us in having us sign the documents was very deceitful. He did not give us the chance to read the documents nor explain the contents of the papers to the extent that we signed receiving the unit even if the unit was not seen nor available yet for the physical presence which is still going to be available in the dealership after a week. Likewise we wanted a cash sale but ended purchasing car in the financing. This gives the dealer extra income but this does not retAin customer loyalty..this is like hold up. We had to come back because the hitch which was included in the purchase was not attChed yet. Thanks to cameron who assisted us in setting the appointment with the service department. We were assisted by service advisor, tim, who is a very professional gentleman. More
