It took almost 3 1/2 hours to look at engine light to figure out I needed new gas cap. I had a 910 appointment. Not very friendly or helpful. The service staff is great. However I was told the part for my air conditioner because my air conditioner is broken is on back order and may not be in for a couple of weeks or a However I was told the part for my air conditioner because my air conditioner is broken is on back order and may not be in for a couple of weeks or a couple of months nobody really knew. I understand that there is a supply chain issue in the country but this is a little crazy and frustrating to have no air-conditioning in Florida for the upcoming summer type conditions. More
