The Sales Manager lied to me. When I caught him in his lie, he justified his lie to me. Using his word and no receipt, he stated that there was an unforeseen tag charge of 600.00 dollars. The dealership investigated my car twice, with at least 4 associates in inspection process, their missing something could be understood, but their not telling me is not, I found the discrepancy... but in any case, 600.00 does not explain a 1275.00 discrepancy! nor could or did the sales manager ever even try to acknowledge the 1275.00 discrepancy... He has no integrity, not even an I am sorry came out of his mouth. More

Chris was very helpful ang got my oil changed. He noticed I needed front brakes and recommended getting them changed. I got oil and brakes done all in one.
