The Service Rep was 1st rate. He was able to answer all of my questions and his estimate till completion was almost spot on. He checked in on me every 15 minutes since I was waiting and provided updates on the work getting done. Waiting room had all of the amenities even though it was small and busy. My car was returned to me hand washed and vacuumed and backed into the parking stall ready for me to simply pull out once I closed out my bill. Only thing that I can think of that the dealer can approve upon is to get rid of the surcharge that is tacked on for credit card purchases. Not a deal breaker for me because I am comfortable dealing with cash and prefer it. More
