They did not care about me as a customer. They took 2 hours to do an oil change, the service advisor left for lunch and no one can pick up the ball, my car was not ready after 2 hours and the They took 2 hours to do an oil change, the service advisor left for lunch and no one can pick up the ball, my car was not ready after 2 hours and they still were trying to upsell me on filters that did not need to be changed. They also took the tire off my car to inspect a nail but never fixed it and told me it would be another 2 hours. I will never use the service group again at this Kia. More
