Horrible experience! Starting with the deceptive text messages telling me that they could give me a lower interest rate than the one I had already received from the bank. Starting with the deceptive text messages telling me that they could give me a lower interest rate than the one I had already received from the bank. To the long wait for the salesman who was supposed to be there for a 9am appointment. To the lies that were told me to keep me there waiting for them. And the final straw of being quoted an interest rate higher than what I had already arranged through the bank. What an incredible waste of my time and a really poor way to conduct business!! More

Love our new Kia Soul but the process of purchasing it was long, disorganized and most confused. Henry was also working with at least 1 other customer? The sales manager was very busy. We said we would was long, disorganized and most confused. Henry was also working with at least 1 other customer? The sales manager was very busy. We said we would buy the car and come back Monday to finalize but they would not let us leave. Car finally delivered 2 days after purchase…after we threatened to cancel the deal! Took almost 4 hours at dealership when they knew we were coming and which car we wanted! May buy another Kia but Daytona is off my list! More
