I would recommend the dealership for competitive pricing. Jerome is very young and has a few things to learn yet which is to be expected. Overall, I thought he did a good job. Spent way too much money on unnecessary services for the problem to still not be solved. Had to have my vehicle towed twice to have it looked at within two weeks and ended up taking it to someone else who s problem to still not be solved.
