My wife took the car today and we had an appointment 9:00 to get an oil change and yesterday before the appointment we noticed the horn was not working and the car is less than 10 months old and they told us to get an oil change and yesterday before the appointment we noticed the horn was not working and the car is less than 10 months old and they told us it would take 4 hours and $140 just for the diagnostic very disappointed in the service here.. a few months ago they charged us for a new tire even though we purchased the extra tire warranty.. very frustrating! Horrible. The Absolute Worst. Sales rep only care about making the sale and the commission. We were very up front with what we were looking for and the cost r The Absolute Worst. We purchased under the terms that we were advised and only under those conditions. After purchase all terms and conditions that were promised were completely gone. We made the purchase with the understanding were promised completely different terms then what was contracted and were completed blind sided by it. When we attempted to call our calls go unanswered. And of course the reps are no longer there. We were tricked into purchasing the vehicle and now are stuck. I would never ever recommend for anyone to go here as you will be tricked. I would advise anyone purchasing from here to be aware and proceed with extreme caution. Horrible customer service horrible communication. Horrible. I feel we were completely taken advantage of, very sad. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here and will be sure to advise all potential buyers not to purchase from here as well.
