Went for oil change. Cap never put back on. It was sitting by hood latch. Also battery box left open. Oil spilled all over under hood. I am a very senior citizen and a wi Cap never put back on. I always go to my dealership because I trust them to help me if I have issues with my soul. The staff has always been very nice and was very nice with this problem. I had to make a trip back to dealership to have it cleaned under the hood and a new oil change. It was very inconvenient and I missed a scheduled activity with friends. Oil was over filled on the second trip but my service attendant caught it and car was again returned to garage. It took almost a week for the lingering oil smell to disappear in my car. I realize this was a mistake and these things unfortunately happen but I really feel my original oil change fee should have been credited to make up for the inconvenience. In the future I will probably go to the less expensive places that are much closer when I need service. I love my Kia Soul. More

This is the second vehicle we got at this dealership. We traded in our Stinger GT2 for an EV6. And, since we were totally new to the all electric world of cars, Luis Nevarez took his time explaining the We traded in our Stinger GT2 for an EV6. And, since we were totally new to the all electric world of cars, Luis Nevarez took his time explaining the features and had me take it out for a test drive. He also handled the "wheeling and dealing" which goes with trading in and I must say we were impressed with his friendly, no hassle and no pressure dealing like we've encountered at other dealerships. This made for a smooth and pleasant arrangement. I must say that he was a big factor in our evaluation and decision to trade in. I've already given his name to a friend who may soon be looking into the EV6 after he saw ours. The dealership itself was easily accessible from the highway with sufficient parking. The showroom floor was clean, spacious with a nice assortment of vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership. More
