I I went to get my tires balanced and they also told me there was another upgrade that could be done which would deal with the ignition lock so that your car could be stolen. At the end of the service the there was another upgrade that could be done which would deal with the ignition lock so that your car could be stolen. At the end of the service the service writer came out so they could apply it to my car because I was out of warranty by one week so I missed it by one week. The next week when I got home I received a letter from Kia dated February 3 stating that my car was eligible for this software upgrade and it’s free of charge for the next 18 months. I’m a little upset to say that mildly Since I was there and obviously the service underwriter could’ve said well it’s only a week we’ll go ahead and do the service now I have to schedule go back and spend another two hours to wait for it. More

Had oil changed and had my AirBag software updated due to a recall. Doug is efficient and keeps us posted as to what if anything else may need fixing and time slot. Went in for an oil change and a suspected tire leak. Technicians completed the oil change and found an object embedded in the tire.
