Service writer need to check records of car their writing up. They suggested My car needs a full brake flush and I just had it done 4/22 and going to charge me for tire rotation when I was told it would be f up. This is a review of the service department and is based on my first and only visit. It wasn't too successful. I had printed out all the issues I wanted fixed or addressed so that there will be no verbal mi on my first and only visit. It wasn't too successful. I had printed out all the issues I wanted fixed or addressed so that there will be no verbal miscommunication. It didn't help. Not a single issue was addressed or fixed. The attitude was one of condescending dismissal: don't worry about that, it's all good, this is a complicated car, the mechanic doesn't care about that [detail], if we fix this maybe it'll also fix that, etc. I should note that I'm not even a woman, so things might have been worse! Considering that nothing was actually fixed or corrected, it was surprising that when I got my car back it was covered with grease hand prints. Even in the back seat! There was also a lack of responsiveness in going over my car issues and explaining what was checked and why it was good or bad. I’m not being specific about the issues or naming names because maybe I just had bad luck this one time and everybody was having a bad day (I’m trying to be nice). Let's see what happens if I go there a next time. Then I'll get very specific and name names. Word of advice for the dealership service manager and general manager: You can actually make more money if your people are professional, competent and responsive. Grow up. More
Asked for back hatch to be repaired and they only replaced the lock to the hatch. Never mentioned that I would still have to force open the back hatch to my Kia. I’m afraid to open the sunroof for fear still want to shut after the back hatch is working improperly. More
