I car has stranded me several times. Had it towed to you, wouldn't start. Nothing but electrical problems since the engine failed and was replaced. You had it four days. Stated data was being sent to KIA eng wouldn't start. Nothing but electrical problems since the engine failed and was replaced. You had it four days. Stated data was being sent to KIA engineers. You determine the battery was bad ( which Walmart agreed with ) You replaced the battery and delievered it to me. On the way home, the charging system light was coming off and on depending on the RPMs. Doesn't anybody test drive the car after service. If they had , they should have seen he warning light. It has sat in my driveway all week while I was on vacation. Monday, 6-21-21, it will go to another mechanic to see if they can find out which component of the charging system is failing. I would like to get to the point where I can trust this car not to strand me . I'm not sure that will ever happen. More
The person that did my oil change removed the sticker from my window and didn’t put a new one up. Now I don’t know when my next oil change is due. This appointment for service was made on a recall notice from Corporate. I arrived early and after 1 hour was told by a very nice young lady that they did not have the parts necessary for the repair and from Corporate. I arrived early and after 1 hour was told by a very nice young lady that they did not have the parts necessary for the repair and I would be notified when the part came in. I would think that since this is a factory recall and a very dangerous situation that the Service Department would order the necessary parts well ahead of time. Now I will have to take more time off work to return. This was not a positive experience for your dealership. Lynne Rassano More
Again Brandy handled my service repair on my 2019 KIA Optima expertly. Your great service team replaced my blown out speaker and washed and vacuumed my car.
