I was here for a follow up service appt. in response to a letter about a Recall. The scheduling of the appt. was very smooth and the entire experience with the service dept. was excellent. I was quoted a much cheaper price and explained that the 124.99 that would’ve been charged if no service done will be deducted from the cost if maintenance done on car. The part was overpriced on the site same past was 82$ but was charged 145 plus 249$ in labor .. looked up labor for a wheel sensor and definitely wasn’t that much time in labor. As a woman, I was ripped off and will never trust Daytona Kia to do any minor or major maintenance to my vehicle and will not recommend them to anyone especially woman. More

Every time I go to Daytona Kia, my car receives the best service...and I'm treated with respect and friendly people. This time there was a recall to be tended to....had to leave my car there,.They gave me service...and I'm treated with respect and friendly people. This time there was a recall to be tended to....had to leave my car there,.They gave me a ride home and picked me up, to take me back to my Kia Soul. The driver of the car, that drove me home and back to my car...Chris, was a wonderful driver and we had a fun conversation both times....making it another awesome day at Daytona Kia......knowing my car was safe to drive . I can always depend on them for keeping my car in top condition, keeping me safe on the road. More

The Service department is terrible at least to me!! 50% of all service there has been poor and no one cares... One time grease and oil all over my drivers door panel and steering wheel. One time they lost my tire air caps. one time left my washer bottle cover off. the last time they spilled oil all over the inside my engine compartment had to take off the belly pan and have all the oil washed out so it would stop dripping on my garage floor. called the Service manager never called back! I emailed the General Manager for the dealership and also never received a responds. More
