Wasnt too happy, had to bring my week old 2021 sorento in to get a piece of my door fixed. They needed to order a part, havent heard back as of yet if the parts in or not but I'm hesitant to even bring it ba to get a piece of my door fixed. They needed to order a part, havent heard back as of yet if the parts in or not but I'm hesitant to even bring it back to get fixed now because someone put their dirty greasy hand prints all over my door and ceiling on the white material. I made them take it back and luckly it came off when they cleaned it but I feel maybe they should handle people's new vehicles with more care and actually look to see if they got it dirty before giving it back to the customer. When I first got there someone greeted me outside. We went in wrote up work order then I was given a ride home. I was called later that day when car was done and a ride was sent to me very nice. I had an appointment to do a factory recall and check the whine in my rear axle. I left the car for the entire day. I confirmed when I checked in that the factory part was in and that the my were able to do whine in my rear axle. I left the car for the entire day. I was told the part was in and I described the noise I was hearing from the rear of my car. I received a call around 3o’clock in the afternoon telling me that the part was not in and that I could come get the car ...they found no noise in the rear of my car after the tech had driven it ....I was told that it might be the rear tires. It’s a metal on metal sound not a rubber sound. Lastly I was told the part wouldn’t be in for three more months. Overall a very poor experience More
