I recently bought a Kia Niro PHEV. We love the car but had an incident. The car was dead after we went to a Theme park in Orlando. We had to call a tow and the driver was able to 'jump' start the car so w had an incident. The car was dead after we went to a Theme park in Orlando. We had to call a tow and the driver was able to 'jump' start the car so we didn't have to get a room overnight. I brought it to Daytona Kia. The people couldn't be nicer. Very polite and understanding. However, I still have no explanation as to why this car (which had bee driven 90 miles in Hybrid Mode) went completely dead.
