Awesome experience Sarah was very nice and she knowledgeable about her stuff. She said she was new there but you would never know it. I've had service reps that could us Sarah was very nice and she knowledgeable about her stuff. She said she was new there but you would never know it. I've had service reps that could use some pointers and advice from her. My service was longer than expected and I asked if they filled my tires. She said if they hadn't, she would go out and do it herself. She even saved my detail for my next visit because of the rain. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. More

They tell you up front what they will do to maintain your vehicle. They only bother you with filters etc that need to be changed when they actually do need to be changed. They are friendly and they have magazines and snacks in the waiting room. We have been using Daytona Kia for several years and always have a pleasant experience when we go there.
