They meet me at my car, walk me in to the service dept, offe Every time I get my KIA serviced I am very impressed by the Staff & service they provide. They meet me at my car, walk me in to the service dept, offer a ride if needed, fill out all the paperwork quickly they explain it and ask if there is anything else I need done to the car or if there are any problems, then I'm told about all the things they offer to make the wait comfortable, they keep me updated on how long it will be, which is never more than an hour, then when my car is ready, they walk me to the desk, wait for me to finish the paperwork and walk me to the car! Great SERVICE start to finish! More

I waited at the center where there is always good coffee and other treats available. Mike is my usual advisor, he was not there on this day, I believe Chris Dupont was the name of my advisor that day. Chris was outstanding, kept me advised. On 08/22/2019 a delta rocket was being launched from Kennedy, Chris told me where the best view would be. We watched it launch on TV and then walked out to the parking lot to watch the rocket disappear into the sky. Was a great morning. More

Average I took my car there for an oil change and I was supposed to get a call when my car was ready but it never happened. I had to call 6-7 hours later and I took my car there for an oil change and I was supposed to get a call when my car was ready but it never happened. I had to call 6-7 hours later and I was told my car has been ready for some time. When I got there my service advisor didn’t explain anything to me, I didn’t even see him. The lady at the reception was very nice, she apologized and provided me with the inspection sheet (which was not included initially). The inspection sheet had some blank spaces and no recommendations, so I’m not even sure if they actually checked my car or not. Also, I noticed that the right corner of my front bumper was not attached properly. They sent someone to try to fix it but he couldn’t and instead he just explained me how to fix that and he said that’s normal and happens a lot. More
