Underestimated time to do recalls. Said it would take 1.5 hours but it took 2.5. Requested service performed fine. However, car was damaged during service, and broken part was left on the passenger seat without informing me of the incident. I returned to the deale However, car was damaged during service, and broken part was left on the passenger seat without informing me of the incident. I returned to the dealership first thing the next day. My service advisor took my issue to the manager, and a replacement part will be installed. I understand and appreciate that accidents happen; I am quite disappointed that it was not disclosed, and even more disappointed that, even though a replacement is in progress, not one word of apology. Oh well. More
