Requested service performed fine. However, car was damaged during service, and broken part was left on the passenger seat without informing me of the incident. I returned to the dealership first thing the next day. My service advisor took my issue to the manager, and a replacement part will be installed. I understand and appreciate that accidents happen; I am quite disappointed that it was not disclosed, and even more disappointed that, even though a replacement is in progress, not one word of apology.
