This extended timeline makes me wonder how long a more complex repair would take—half a year? Due to the delay, I had to purchase a new car because I couldn't be without my main mode of transportation for such an extended period. Furthermore, there was a lack of communication throughout the process. Most of the updates came from my own efforts—either by contacting my insurance representative or calling directly. I was so uninformed that I considered seeking legal counsel to see if this situation aligns with Florida Consumer Protection Laws. Again, while the repair appears well done, the experience highlighted a disregard for customer time and convenience. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in the timeliness and communication of your services. More
