Unfortunately, my wife and I had a frustrating and exhausting experience. We had to go to the service center 3 times none of which were necessary as even though each time we were told our car was fini exhausting experience. We paid the very first time so we were petty much at their mercy after. When it was “Finished” they did drop it off at our house but then incorrectly informed me that I had to surrender my rental even though the rental agent disagreed. The gentleman who followed the gentleman who dropped off my car was very cross with me when I asked for an explanation as we had already had several plans ruined. On top of that the repair seems passable at best. Im not an angry individual and don’t hold any resentment toward anyone there. I am just so disappointed and let down, I had always heard how great they were. Im just glad I saw this side before investing in a new Toyota. Again, and I can’t stress this enough I hold no resentment or ill will towards anyone who was involved. I just am really let down and to a certain degree, sad. I had such high hopes. More
