It took over 2 months to fix the car. They never call to update you even after calling them. We had to pay $500 for a car rental before they ever offered a loaner. Got the car back after caller the insurance company to have them call. They even lost the check the adjuster paid them. Now we have the car, the defroster don't work and it makes a horrible noise when we turn. Worse service ever More

The car came quick when I ordered it but they raised the price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it. The service department leaves greasy hand prints all over the doors, leaves their trash in the cup holder after peeling off the next service sticker, left the oil cap off and had at least a quart of oil in my garage. The worst Toyota dealership in Florida. When you take your car to get service it supposed to get a free car wash but this dealership is to cheap and greedy. More
