K’Jorn was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to make the deal happen, then picked my mom up from the airport! He would stop and nothing to make this deal work! UPDATE: After enjoying our Suburban for less 3 deal happen, then picked my mom up from the airport! He would stop and nothing to make this deal work! UPDATE: After enjoying our Suburban for less 3 weeks it was discovered the rear heat, outside mirror, driver seat heater were not working, something that wouldn’t be noticed in Florida, or even Michigan when warm. Contacted the dealer was offered $1,000 towards the repair bill of $3,090. I agreed, took the truck to get the first thousand dollars of repair done, sent the receipts and was then told they would only offer $300 since they originally only offered 1/3 of the total bill. They cannot furnish the inspection check sheet to prove it was even checked before being sold to me. *This does not reflect on K’Jorn** More
