I waited two hours for them to tell me I needed a rental car because my tire was not in stock. I asked them to change my last name due to being married and they said they did but once I went back they didn' car because my tire was not in stock. I asked them to change my last name due to being married and they said they did but once I went back they didn't change it. When I went to pick up my car I called three times to let them know I was going to either be late cuz I couldn't stop at a gas station and they didn't answer either times and charged me $15 for a quarter tank. The truck was stuck at the port, so it took a while for us to get the truck. I guess I am lucky because it has only been delayed for a week.
