This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I got a call my truck was ready at 10:00AM. I missed the call as I was at work. I then called back and was on hold/cut off from 10:15 till 11:30AM. I f got a call my truck was ready at 10:00AM. I missed the call as I was at work. I then called back and was on hold/cut off from 10:15 till 11:30AM. I finally got ahold of the service technician and he told me the truck was ready they just needed to replace a missing lug nut. He said it would be ready before 12 (noon). I arrived at 12:10, my truck was not ready and it took 45 minutes to put my lug nut on. I even went into parts to try and buy a lug nut so I could do it myself and get back to work. I eventually got out of there at 1pm after what should have been a 5 minute stop. I’m not asking for anything to be compensated, but I will not be coming back to Daytona Toyota for service on any of my Toyota’s ever again. Thanks. More

They do a good job for what you go in for but they are always looking to get you for something else. Terribly disappointed that they charged for rotating my tires which I get done at no charge at other de always looking to get you for something else. This dealership goes about conducting business in a very odd manner. The employees are not the most professional & the vehicles are a bit overpriced compared to other dealerships.
