Daytona Toyota

Our son-in-law has been taking his Prius to Daytona Toyota since his purchase. Living in Mims, we decided to try them out for an oil change. We paid $130 for a check up and oil change May 2020 and upon Toyota since his purchase. Living in Mims, we decided to try them out for an oil change. We paid $130 for a check up and oil change May 2020 and upon driving back home, discovered there was no oil in the car. We immediately called the Service Dept back and were told that we would need to check our car for an oil leak. So we drove it to Firestone in Titusville (which was closer) to check for a leak. There was no leak. Daytona Toyota never put any oil back in our car after emptying the old oil. I realize mistakes can happen, but imagine how nasty our car would look from the type of oil leak that would drain 5 quarts out between Daytona and Mims. Our car had no oil residue on it and to receive that type of response.....that we need to check it for a leak after just paying to have fresh oil put in......was enough to lose our business permanently. More

I should have known better. Classic hard sell - tag team, fast talk, questions evaded, blizzard of paperwork. I let myself be talked into spending much more than I wanted.
