Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2015 van for $13k and they charged a $800 reconditioning fee. 92 days after purchasing it and 2800 miles later it stopped working. We took it to a local shop and it needs a new engine! I called the dealership and they could care less and weren't willing to do a thing. I understand it's a used vehicle, but they do not stand behind what they sell. Also, they play a lot of games during the buying process and try to add ridiculous fees when you sit down at the table. Don't waste your time and money and go to a dealership that cares about their customers and their reputation. More
Don't expect service after the sell. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 months now and the finance managers won't return my call. The extended warranty company canceled my car care plan because to contact them for over 3 months now and the finance managers won't return my call. This is my 3rd vehicle from Daytona Toyota, the first two were new and the latest lightly used. I purchased a Rav4, I had already been to two other dealerships and was unable to find what I wanted. So while were new and the latest lightly used. I purchased a Rav4, I had already been to two other dealerships and was unable to find what I wanted. So while passing by on a trip to the store I told my husband to stop in. Not expecting to be wowed by sales we were greeted by a young man named Erick Scott, I am already on edge because my last trip here was not great. Well turned out not only did I buy a beautiful Rav4 but we met the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales person we have ever met. Erick was terrific he answered all our questions went out of his way to explain things we didn't know about the car. He let us take our time even though they were getting ready to close and never rushed us. During the sale we were reacquainted with Andrei who we have dealt with before and who helped us in resolving a problem. On this trip he was very nice and tried to go out of his way to make us feel comfortable making this purchase. He worked with Erick and us to get a great deal! Overall a great night we love our Rav4 Hybrid! More
