The financing took some time but came out with an good interest rate from dealer (considering I had excellent credit but no money to put down and needed deferred payment). The Gap insurance seemed high (knocked it down a little) but I needed it. I knew what I wanted and made sure to research everything I could about buying a new car and comparing dealerships. Overall, a very good buying experience for my first brand new car. More

The work was good. My issue is with the service advisor. All other service advisors I’ve had at Daytona Toyota, after the technicians inspect the vehicle and see what areas are good, okay, and bad, the serv All other service advisors I’ve had at Daytona Toyota, after the technicians inspect the vehicle and see what areas are good, okay, and bad, the service advisor would always tell me the results and ask me if I wanted to get the bad things taken care of at that appointment. This time and the last time, I’ve had Tanya. Each time she gets me when the service I initially came in for was done and told me to checkout. She never reviews the inspection with me. I don’t see the report until I get home and see the areas the need to be addressed. If she would have told me about the issues, I would have said for some of them (like brakes) to be done. Each time I was very upset to see the issues after having left the dealership and then having to make another appointment to get things taken care of. Even if I decided to go somewhere else to get the stuff taken care of, at least make me aware so that I I can make that decision. I’m sure there are some people that never look at their report later. Scheduling service on the website was a bust. Had to call in. It just kept going around in loops and would not let me choose a date. And a red pop up for sales calls kept getting in the way. call in.
