I have dealt with Daytona Toyota service for years. The major complaint I have is that when I come for an oil change and tire rotation I do not want to make appointment for that service. If there is more major complaint I have is that when I come for an oil change and tire rotation I do not want to make appointment for that service. My service advisor today was Thomas Clark. I would like to give him the best rating possible, as he took perfectly good care of my needs and was courteous and kind. Always had my car serviced without incident till now. Had a appointment for service, I guess they forgot about me. Waited over a hour, went out to the service desk, no one was there. I went in for simple 10000 mile check which includes oil change. They did not hand me my paperwork about what was completed till in my car and said all was done. I go home and find they did 15000 check v change. They did not hand me my paperwork about what was completed till in my car and said all was done. I go home and find they did 15000 check versus 10000 so no oil change. I am always on time for my appts as I expect to be treated the same about my time. I had to talk to manager to get it completed correctly. So I have to take off work early to be there by 4:30. Then when I arrive manager is gone and took them longer to set up a simple addition of oil change as they could not handle without him. Then I have wait 45 minutes for it to be completed. I will never bring car There once my mileage Has been reached. I know I have lifetime free oil changes but my time is valuable and should be respected. More

The sale and follow up was very pleasant, I stated what I wanted and we were able to agree on a lease with terms I asked for.
